Questions people ask

Why is the price a range and not a single number?+

Because what you're building isn't a single product. A business that wants one AI phone receptionist has a very different build than a business that wants AI handling inbound leads, review responses, content calendar, and customer service. Same starting point, different scope, different number. I'd rather quote you accurately than pretend there's a flat fee.

What's the $500/month for?+

Running the systems I build. Hosting, API costs, monitoring, tuning, improvements, small adds. You're not buying a static deliverable. You're buying a managed AI layer that keeps working and keeps getting better.

What if I want to start small and scale up?+

That's what most clients do. We start with the one thing that gives you the biggest lift, prove it out, then add pieces. The $1,500 starting point exists specifically for that. Nothing here is all-or-nothing.

Should I start with the AI Unlock ($247) instead?+

If you want the full roadmap before you commit to a build, yes. The AI Unlock is a 45-minute deep-dive with a written playbook. Many clients do that first, then come back for Full Haul once they know exactly what they want. Your call.

Do you work with businesses outside Tennessee?+

Yes. Most of the work happens over video calls and Loom videos anyway. The "local" in MuleTown.ai is about where I'm from and how I work. Not a geographic limit on who I serve.

How long until I see results?+

Most builds go live inside 30–60 days. Early wins (automated review responses, AI phone answering, intake automation) usually start showing results in the first 2–3 weeks after launch.
